With the recent breakout dramatic performance in the feel-good drama film ‘Home’, the talented actor Indrans is certainly going places. The actor has a list of ambitious projects in the pipeline that falls somewhere on the spectrum between horror, drama, comedy. For his next project, Indrans is turning to a techno-thriller which is titled ‘Gila’. As per the reports, actor Kailash will be playing a major lead along with Indrans.
According to the sources, ‘Gila’ will tell the story of a group of youngsters who are addicted to the wrong usage of social media which leads to a suspicious murder. The reports also suggest that the story is set in an imaginary place named Gila Island and is touted as a techno-thriller. The film is shot in places such as Kuttikkanam, Peerumedu, Manimala, Kochi, and also in Dubai. The film is directed by Dr. Manu Krishna.
Earlier the makers released stills from the movie featuring actor Indrans as a bodybuilder along with a groovy music video track titled ‘Eeran Kattin’ sung by K.S Harisankar and Sruthy Sasidharan under the lyrics penned down by Shinoy.
The editing of the upcoming film is done by Shameer Muhammed and the cinematography by Sreekanth Easwar. Manukrishna and Shinoy will be composing the music for ‘Gila’.
The cast list of the upcoming film ‘Gila’ includes Sreya, Anakha, Rinaz, Subhash, and much more. The expectation level for ‘Gila’ is really high among the audience as the story seems intriguing coupled with a new outlook of actor Indrans.
